Look at your Bibles tonight without wasting time here. And let's go to uh Luke 24, 39 to start with, please. Well, not terri long, it's just 625. Praise the Lord. Who had ears to hear what I said this morning from the word? Anybody? And if you didn't get a chance to listen, I would like for you to just go back and listen when you get time. And I don't pay much attention to the words going across the screen on the bottom. It'll be alright. Praise the Lord. Jesus said this when talking to Thomas, Luke 24, 39. I'll try to get it right. The Lord said to Thomas, Behold my hands and my feet. It is I myself. Handle me and see, for a spirit has not flesh and bones, as you see me have. Luke 24, 39. So Jesus was resurrected, spirit, soul, and body. Did you get that? He had a tangible body that could be felt. So our Jehovah's Witness friends and others say that it was a spiritual resurrection only. No, it was literal resurrection. Everything in the Bible is literal, unless you can't take it for literal. And then it would point to something too literal. So Christ arose from the grave, spirit, soul, and body, guaranteeing our resurrection from the dead. He's the first fruits. Not those that came out of the grave at the resurrection and preached in Jerusalem. No. Christ, the first fruits. That's the way it should be read in Paul's writings. And so keep that in mind. It's going to be a tangible body. And then Job said something in chapter 19, verse 26. Now wait for you to turn there. Sunday night we need to be practicing how to find these scriptures and everything. So we're not putting it on the screen. But we are putting the address on the screen, so to speak. After the skinworms destroys this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God. But this is not the kind of flesh that he was living in at the moment. Because the glorified flesh is incorruptible. The seed is what's important. Everybody says seed. God remembers the seed that was contained in the body. And because of the seed that's in the body, then God remembers the body. But again, it'll not be a body like we think about. It'll be a body like Christ has. Now, Job, how'd he know this? Well, he received revelation from God way back before Moses wrote Genesis or anything else. And he was talking about the future resurrection. And so the seed will be remembered by the Lord God. There's a seed in everything. Have you noticed that? The seed of the woman, etc., which is Christ. And so we need to keep this in mind as we're looking at the scriptures here tonight. And as we teach, as you go on to 1 Corinthians chapter 15, we'll stop off at verse 38, I think. As we teach, contrary to most church doctrine, is that when people are born of the flesh, they're in the image of Adam, not God. Adam was in the image of God, but it was marred when he fell from grace. Now some think you can't fall from grace, but Adam did. And he spiritually died, as you know. Right? And so, in that regard, then, because people that are born of the woman today actually are spiritually stillborn. That's the reason Jesus said they must be born again to inherit the kingdom of God. Now don't misunderstand me. If little people go by the way of the grief before that day of accountability, then they will go to heaven because they're in the grace of God. Now, this this life and death thing is very uh serious. We need not be fearful. But uh, I'm gonna say again, only those that are born again have the image of God restored. Everyone else is in the image of Adam. And that's fighting words to a lot of denominations, but without the spiritual resurrection, man is just a walking dead person. Not really alive toward God, can't be, because of the shism caused by sin. Christ came to fix it, but it's only fixed for those that have received him as Savior and Lord. Amen. And so the image of God is, we're transformed to be restored to the likeness of God again. So our image, the likeness of God is restored at the new birth. That's what I'm trying to say. This is required to be in the image of God today. Now, if we look at 1 Corinthians 15 and verse 38, but God gives it a body as it has pleased him to every seed his own body. Did you see that? To every seed, write that, underlined that. Every seed gets the body. Amen. So God keeps track of the seed, primarily, and that qualifies the believer for the resurrection to come, which is glorification. Not like the flesh that we live in now, similar, tangible, but without any blood. Now, Christ did not have any blood when he was resurrected, but he was alive forevermore, he said so. And so the blood that goes through our veins today is just to carry out the impurities that's in the body, even though we still age because of the fall. If the blood ceases to circulate, we die physically, because life's in the blood. But in the resurrection to come, there'll be no impurities in the body. Did you get that? So God has is pleased to give everyone a new body because of the seed. And then drop down to verse 49. As we have borne the image of the earthly, that's Adam, say Adam. He was the earthy man. We shall also bear the image of the heavenly, that's Jesus. So Adam was earthy, but Jesus is heavenly. And so those that are born again will receive the heavenly blessing, which is glorification. Amen. But there's a problem because some think that everybody's got to die before they can be resurrected. And of course, we teach that those that are alive and remain will not die when the trumpet sounds. However, see how I cover myself, Mani. We're dead to self now. But when the sin nature is extracted permanently from our body, it's dead forever. In that sense, we'll die. Because the old man cannot inherit the kingdom of God. The glorification to come is not a facelift or a makeover of the old flesh that we're in now. We'll have a new body, like the song said, Praise the Lord, we'll have a new life. And I think that when we get the new body, in the days to come, we're all going to look young. Well, Jesus was 30, 33 years old or about when he was crucified. Middle-aged, cut off in the middle of life, and I think that it's safe to say that all believers that are resurrected will be youthful looking. Amen. Like Jesus. Now, drop down to verse 53, please. So believers are going to have bestowed upon them an image that's heavenly. This corruptible, now that's the flesh, shall put on incorruption, and this mortal shall put on immortality. But when the change comes, for those that are in the faith, to repeat the old nature is permanently killed. So the old you in the mind of God does not exist when the trumpet sounds. It's reckoned dead right now, but still inside the physical body, which is attached to your soul. And that's the reason we can do wrong. But when we are glorified, there'll be no possibility of ever sinning again. Say amen now. No wrong thoughts, actions, deeds, no wrong motives, no breaking God's rules. The former thing will pass away. Well. Because it was not extracted at the rapture. They missed the rapture. Is this too you following what I'm saying? Well, the glorification can only be manifested when the old nature is not present. That's the reason we're not glorified yet. Jesus didn't have that problem. He was the prototype. But thank God for what he did for us, now we can receive the same body that he has. I'm not saying we're going to be God. Just do the planet, you're wrong. You don't have God's DNA. That's offensive. Because the Mormons teach we're going to evolve to be deity. Wrong. We're children of God. We're Christians, but we'll never be God. And whoever teaches that is an heresy. And I need to say something. They're in danger in missing out unless they repent. There's always a way to repent, but somebody's got to say something. This little preacher is not afraid to say anything about it like that. It don't matter. I can't lose any money, I don't have any. Now we're going to receive this blessing when Jesus comes back and resurrects the seed. And when the seed is spoken to, the body comes back intact in a glorified condition, minus any blood. Now I don't know if the graves are going to open up or not. I mean, if the graves open up and the dead in Christ rise first, I think there might be a little time for us to go out and check it out before the second trumpet. Because nobody knows how long it is between the first and trumpet and the second trumpet. Has nothing to do with the trumpets of revelation. Those are judgment trumpets. We're talking blessing trumpets here. But if that's so, I bet you everybody repents, you think? But what if the graves do not open up? Then nobody will know. The only reason the stone was rolled away when Jesus was resurrected is so Peter and John could run in and see that he wasn't there. He didn't need the stone to be rolled away. We did. So however it is, it's forthcoming speedily, everybody. So keep the faith and stay in grace. Can you do that? Now this word, this word change. Let me go back here. Back to verse 51. Let's look at this now, just a little bit. Praise the Lord. I'll show you a mystery. We shall not all sleep. We shall not all physically die, but we shall be changed. Everybody say changed. Now, to repeat, I'm not positive whether there's a death that takes place or not. I think there's a death that takes place permanent to the old man, the old man, the old nature. It's permanently removed right then, and therefore we're qualified to be glorified, and not until. So, in that sense, that part of us will die. But if not, it'll be removed anyway, so it doesn't matter to me which way it goes, we're going to get the blessing. The word change means to transform. You ever watch that cartoon, The Transformers? You like that transformer cartoon? You do? It means to exchange one thing for another to make difference. That's what the word means. I mean difference.

But first, we want to take a moment. Yes, I'm a word, Stockholm. Now, let's get back to the big powerful message with Dr. Wayne.

Hallelujah. Then the word corruptible in that. Let's go up to uh verse 50, please. And we see this word corruption. Or corruptible, same thing. Liable, liable to die. Liable to death. That's the definition. So the physical body is a corruptible body and apt to die physically. But to repeat, a Christian does not die. That's just the physical part. The real you and me would be spiritual. Amen. So the corruptible part of a person, a believer, is liable to death to die. Now, the word mortal, go down to verse 53 again. Am I rambling too much here because there's a lot here? I'm trying to make it easy for us. For this corruptible, which is liable to death, must put on incorruption. Now the word incorruption is a perpetual, unending existence. That's what it is. There'll be no possibility of death. Ever. When this takes place. But the word mortal, verse 53, this corruptible must put on incorruption, which is the glorified body. And this mortal, the word mortal speaks of decay and something perishable. And that's what we're living in right now. I know we've got aches and pains and everything. That's life. But one day, no more. One day. We'll be not subject to decay. And another interesting word here is immortality. Verse 53, this corruptible, that's the flesh part, must put on incorruption, which is the new body. And this mortal that's subject to decay and perishing, must put on immortality. Everybody say immortality. Now that word means deathlessness. No such thing as death. Can have an amen. We could say eternal life in the new body. Now, years ago, in 1995, my dad left this world. I don't call it passing away. I call it uh crossing over. Because the Christian does not pass away. Just the physical goes back to the earth to await the rapture. That's a blessed hope. And that's what we're waiting for, and that's what those that have gone on, like here in the church, they've gone on, their bodies in the grave, their spirit and souls with Jesus in heaven and all the saints to await this event. That's the blessed hope of the church. Amen. But when dad passed away, uh I it'll be alright for me to tell this, Lenny. Uh Mom was hysterical. She calls me at two or three o'clock in the morning, and I go down to the house. And dad been ex-marine. He knew that when a person physically expires, that sometimes the bowels release and everything, and you know, it's a terrible thing, morbid. So apparently, what happened to my dad is he had some type of a heart attack because the VA said next time you have a heart attack, you're gonna go. And so I think he had a heart attack in the middle of the night, and he gets up and goes and sits on the stool with no clothes on. You know, we came in this world naked, and we're gonna leave that way, and that's the way dad left. And so the ambulance came and about the time they were putting dad's body in the back of the ambulance, uh, Eric and uh who drove the Harris. Right. They came out. I said, wait a minute. And they was putting Dad's body in the back, and and I said, I pulled the sheet off, look like he's asleep. Put my hand on his face, I said, Thank you, Jesus. They looked at me like, you're you're crazy. No, they're crazy. I witnessed those people. They're both gone now. But anyway, in the middle of all this situation, here comes John Bennyfield. Now back in that day, John, will you repent and get back to God, please? He was serving the Lord at that time. And he shows up at three o'clock in the morning. And I said, What are you doing here? And he said, Well, let me tell you what happened. I was asleep, and you know, back in the day when the TV went off and it's just a what a shh, you know, snowy picture, nothing on it. He said, I heard that and I thought I forgot to turn the TV off. Listen to what he's telling me, and dad's body's laying there, and these people are listening to this. I said, Who told you to come down here? He said, Well, nobody told me. Well, I said, Well, what happened? He said, Well, I heard this TV noise and I heard your dad's voice.

Because they went to church together. I said, You heard dad's voice? He said, Yeah. And I knew something was wrong. And here I am. I said, Well, what was he saying? Well, all I could hear him say was, your dad said, Hey, come and look at this. And would you look at that? And I'm thinking, and I asked John, what do you think this means? And I was just kind of, you know, in a daze and suffering and grief and heartache and all of it. But in those times, God draws real close to you. He draws real close. And John said, Well, I don't know other than God wanted you to know your dad was okay. Everything's alright. True story. Folks, there is life after death. Fear not. There's life after death. Praise God. Well, Philippians chapter 3 and verse 21 then. And so after that funeral, I was tempted not to preach that Sunday. I just didn't feel like it. And I said, no devil. I got in the sacred desk one more time. Black the devil's eye. When Dr. Guy's mom passed away, very similar stories with that family and us. When his mom passed away, I said, Dr. Guy, we're gonna make the devil pay. We're gonna make the devil pay. And we are making him pay. Satan lost a good ride arm. We're gonna make a devil pay, church. We're gonna make a devil pay. For all this murdering and stuff that's going on in this world, we can make a difference naturally a few out of the fire. This thing is real and very serious. But we got it made. Praise God we got it made. Philippians 3, 21, then. Who should change our vile body? That's the corruption that we live in. If you don't think we're living in a corruptible body, just quit using the older. Quit brushing your teeth, washing your hair, pucking your eyebrows, throw away the Max Faxter and D beat Al Sasson. Quit cutting your toenails. This one old boy didn't cut his toenails out in Trees, Kansas, and they grew out like that and double back. True. And they grew together. I don't know how that could be. But that's what happened, them old boys. So trim them up, praise God. Who shall change our vile body? Well, the Lord's gone too. Then be fashioned like his glorious body. Are you getting that? God's gonna change our body, and it's gonna be fashioned like Christ's body. According to working, whereas he's able to all things into himself. Then in 1 Corinthians 13, 12, we're about through here tonight with this exhortation. Now we see through a glass darkly, the Bible says, but then face to face. Some of these subjects are difficult to grasp, but it's true. It's true. The fact is, how many's got loved ones, and you know they were saved when they left this world? Would you say amen for me? Do you know you're gonna see them again? You know they're waiting. They're waiting for you. They're there in the spirit form, the spirit body, awaiting their glorified body to be reunited with the spirit and soul, and that is salvation. Then shall we shall ever be with the Lord. Amen. And so the Lord has no illegitimate children. The adoption was actually planned by God Himself. In other words, the Lord took the initiative to beget you and beget me. God has no grandchildren. 1 Peter 1, 3 now. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his above and mercy has begotten us again. Everybody say begotten. Christ begat us to alive the hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. So if we are in Christ today, God already says we're begotten, and therefore that qualifies us for the coming glorified condition, which is the rapture of the church. I'll always preach that. Because it's the blessed hope of the church. And then 1 John 5.18, the last verse tonight. 1 John back toward Revelation there. 1 John 5.18. We know that whosoever is born of God. Anybody born of God today? Praise God. Miracle. Absolute miracle that we are. Because we didn't deserve it. Lord had mercy on us. We owe the Lord everything. We can't repay, but we need to serve him 100%. We know that whosoever is born of God sins not. But he that is begotten of God keeps himself. He that is begotten of God. And that wicked one touches him not. Say amen now. The devil cannot kill you. He couldn't kill Job. God said, no, you can't kill him. If the devil could kill us, we would already be gone out of here. He's tried to kill me several times. He hadn't got it done yet. Because the Lord Jesus said he had all the power in heaven and earth. Victory over hell and death in the grave. So it's my conviction, nobody leaves this world until Jesus says, okay. He's in charge of our souls. When we gave our heart to him, we trusted him with our eternal soul. And our spirit and our body. And now we need to be busy about the Father's business because the day is fast approaching. That Christ is going to come back for the church. Hallelujah! When's he coming? Brother Randy, he's coming back in a day and an hour that you think not. That's when he's gonna come. So, Lord Jesus, come quickly. But what if he comes for you tonight? And it's not the rapture. I woke myself up last night preaching to two sinners and telling them about hell. I was preaching good too. Till the dog woke me up. We're so blessed, Lord. That's it tonight. That's all I have for us tonight. We're so blessed to be saved. Oh church. If we could just realize we're saved and going to heaven, how can we be down and out in the molly grubs? We ought to be glory all the way, man. We ought to be walking a little higher than the world. Aren't you afraid about what's happening? No. God's in charge of everything and everyone on this earth and in heaven. Praise God. And he is running things right now. He is the head of the church, and folks, he's gonna take care of his church. And we're in it. The best is yet to come. How do I know I'm gonna be glorified? You have the down payment of the Holy Spirit. If we don't have the Holy Spirit living in us, we are not saved. Do you hear that, people on Facebook? You can't get received the Holy Spirit by baptism, join the church, any work whatsoever. It's all done at Calvary's Cross. And there's what the victory was won by the Lord Jesus Himself for us. Hallelujah! Let's stand up and give God a shout for salvation. Complete Hallelujah! Well we wait and serve God the best we know how in Jesus' mighty name. Come, Lord Jesus, please. But in tell them, give us souls, God, for the kingdom of God. Make our lives count for the gospel, Lord God. And anoint us a fresh to do your work, Father God. Anoint us Christians, Father. You beget them with your word. The Holy Spirit lives in them now. Quicken us, oh Lord, according to your word, in Jesus' mighty name. Give us a great week today, Father God, as we walk in the love of God and the grace of God. We thank you for the covenant that we're in that you cannot break and we're not getting out of it. Hallelujah! Current covenants, God, yours take up the danger quick.
