With a wonderful future. So forget your past. You can't change it. It doesn't mean anything. We've been going through life's journey over the years. And the Lord uses the negative to also develop character in our lives. The Lord uses your entire life experience for his service. Wisdom doesn't come cheap. That's the reason no novice should be a pastor or even be in the ministry because they haven't lived long enough to go through the school of hard knocks to understand what life's all about. If I were to ask you what's the meaning of life, what would you tell me? Let's go to 2 Corinthians chapter 5 today. Amen. Praise the Lord. Before I read the scripture, let me give you a little phrase here that I read last week. Some brilliant mind calculated just how many animals were on Noah's Ark. Would you like to know? He said there were 6,744 animals on the ark. Now I wouldn't there, I can't prove it or disprove it. And so we'll let it go with that. But but I speculate that Miss Noah had some issues. I don't know her name. Bible doesn't give her name. I call her Mrs. Noah. But I tell you, they were on that ship for over a year, actually a year and 17 days. And Miss Noah had one purpose: to extract all of the waste materials from 6,744 animals. But there was only one major window, and that was out the top. So we would hypothesize and say that sometimes the wind would blow when Miss Snow was throwing out the manure and it'd blow back in her face. Now you can't disprove that. So we'll let it go with that. Well, what's that got to do with the message? Absolutely nothing, James. Absolutely nothing. That's about how much sense it really makes. Of course, everything it eats has to get rid of waste material. All Noah did was eat grapes and lay around. I don't know. Have you found Galatians 2 Corinthians 5 yet? Maybe I should get out of this hole. You think? Verse 14 today, please. Hallelujah. For the love of Christ constrains us. There we are, church. You know, iron sharpens iron. Because we thus judge that if one died for all, then we're all dead. And we know today that Christ died for us. Because we were all dead in trespasses and sins as far as God's concerned. And that he died for all, that they which should live not henceforth life unto themselves, live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them and rose again. So all of us today that are Christians, we don't live for ourselves, we'll live for him. And if you're not living for him, then I would speculate that you're off somewhere in your faith walk. Henceforth, no, we know man after the flesh. Though we have known Christ after the flesh. So you see, the apostles and the disciples, they knew Jesus personally in the flesh. Even though he was God, he was still man and one. Yet now henceforth know we him no more. So Christ went back to heaven, and we can't see him physically, literally, at this time. The Holy Spirit's the one here now on the earth representing Christ. And he will have his way. So because we understand these concepts, verse 17, the Bible says then, there is any, therefore, there if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things passed away, and behold, all things are become new. So let go of your past. Even though it was bad, but let it go. It cannot be used with a new creation. There are no good works carried over through the cross. And so life really begins at the cross. Where your old self was crucified. And because you have been crucified with Christ and raised with Christ, now you walk in newness of life. And even though it's a process, we begin a new journey with a great destiny. So if any man be in Christ, the old things have passed away. God cannot use the old things. Amen. 18, and all things are of God who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ. Now let me stop there, everybody. There is no other way to be reconciled to their Father God but through Christ Jesus alone. He is the mediator. And when you accept him, the Father accepts you. Can I have an amen now? That's the deal. And if you were serious when you made that decision, the Father God has reconciled with you, and now you are a son and a daughter for eternity. As long as you maintain your walk in Christ. That's the condition. So it's a pastor's responsibility to try to help us, to include myself, to make sure we stay in Christ. There's only one way in Christ. Only one. Let's look at Colossians chapter one now. So the Father God bought and paid for us through the Son. And that's the reason we can become sons of God today, is because of what Jesus did for us at Calvary. So then, we're saved by the blood. That's the blood of Christ alone. There's no other way to have our sins washed away than to accept his precious blood that was God's blood shed on the cross. Yes, I've preached the cross, I have for many years, and I will continue to do so because the cross is the power of God. Holy Spirit works one way through the cross. There is no other way, the Holy Spirit works. Now there are many avenues, but the end result is the same. It starts with the cross and it finishes with the cross. In Colossians chapter 1, now in verse 13 today. This is a short message for everybody to be happy. Praise the Lord. Who has delivered us from the power of darkness? Not going to, has. Are you in the faith walk today? And number two, translated, or I could say transferred us into the kingdom of his dear Son. So a supernatural transference occurred when you believed on the Savior. Holy Spirit made sure that took place. But now our understanding needs to be reprogrammed into the mind of Christ. That takes time. That's the reason you need to go to church, hear the word of God, taught and preached, and be faithful to your Lord and Savior Jesus Himself. We have to follow Him alone. But He only leads one way. And because we have been delivered out of Satan's family through the new birth and conveyed or transferred, translated over into the kingdom of his dear son, here's the benefit. How many wants to know? Now look at verse 14. The Bible explains itself. In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Is that you? Then you're heaven-bound. You got your ticket. Your bags are packed. It's like getting on a train. All aboard?
unknownThat's right.
SPEAKER_01Where's my ticket? It's already been given to the conductor. Praise God. Hallelujah. The only way to get into heaven is to have our sins forgiven by the blood of Christ. There is no other way. So it requires at least the muster seed of faith to accept God's free gift of eternal life. Do you understand what I'm saying? So then Jesus is the way, but the cross is the means. How is this transference taking place? Well, by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the one that gives us the new birth. He alone. Get it? Born of the Spirit? Born of the Spirit. If any man had not the Spirit of Christ, he's none of his, so he's not saved. This is very serious. We joke around quite a bit, but today it'll be what it will be. We have been already transferred into the kingdom of God. Not everybody's in the kingdom of God. Only those that have received King Jesus. And he is the one that decides who's in the kingdom and who's not in the kingdom. If you want to participate in God's millennial reign that's coming soon, at least seven years from today, then you must be in the spiritual kingdom now, at this time. Or you will not make the rapture. Now let's look at Philippians chapter 3, please, and verse 10. So what's the purpose of all of it anyway? Well, let me give you three little details, two or three today, of what the purpose would be for you and me. Number one, that I may know him. That's the purpose. That's your purpose. That's my purpose. That I may know Jesus. Not just about him. That I may know him personally. We often say he is my personal Savior and Lord, and that is right, because there's no group salvation, it's individual. But now, if you're individually a Christian, then you are collectively to be joined together as one body. The only people in the body of Christ are those that have been transferred from the Lord of Satan into the Lordship of Christ. There is no other way to be saved. So you must reject Satan. You must turn your back on sin, nicotine, and everything else. Alcohol, dope, drugs, marijuana. All of it. You gotta turn your back on her and walk away. Not easy. But the Holy Spirit helps us. He knows how we are. Come on, everybody. There is victory. There is in Christ. And what I'm saying today, there's only freedom in Christ. You are not born free. When you're born into this evil world, you are not free. The only people on earth that are actually free are those that are in Christ. There is no other freedom outside of Christ. The world offers a superficial fake freedom. It's like a parakeet that's in the cage, you know. And the parakeet is constantly wanting out. What's that cartoon we used to watch where was it the little cat trying to get the bird? Sylvester, yeah. Tweety, Tweety Bird, thank you. Believers are like Tweety, the Tweety Bird. Well, we're confined in the scripture. You better thank God. Because when Tweety gets out of the cage, guess what? The Tweety Bird thinks it's free. No, it's not free. The bird is only free in the confines of the cage. And so we live in the confines of God's word. Christ alone is the freedom. There is no other freedom outside of Jesus. That's the purpose that I may know Him. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Thank you for the Amen. I got one here. When you say Amen, it's like hollering sycamore, a sycam to a hound dog that's chasing a deer, you know. A coon? A squirrel? Oh, forget it. You city people. If I could just get some people pulling on the word that we could preach some. You're trying to bring me bondage. No, I'm trying to keep you free. See, the carnal man, the carnal mind doesn't think right. We need to be reprogrammed. And it takes time, but don't give up on yourself. God's with you. Praise God. That I may know him. How do we know him? The power of his resurrection. Boy, we like that. Oh man. Don't we? That's not all of it. The fellowship of his sufferings. We begin to understand what he endured on the cross for our salvation. Being made conformable unto his death. There is no life outside of death. We must die to self. And if we resist, God will help us. And it will not be pleasant. The first thing the Lord God does is pull the Spirit from you. Now He doesn't totally leave you, but there's no anointing. No feeling of well-being anymore. What's wrong? But when a child of God comes to his or her senses, we realize then I need God. And really, when the trumpet sounds, folks, our relationship with Christ better be up to par. Because not everyone who says, Lord, Lord's going to enter the kingdom of God. And then in verse 11, the Bible talks about the rest of this. If by any means I might attain the resurrection of the dead. So if we wanted to be resurrected, be a participant of the future resurrection, then we must know him. I need an amen from everybody. We must know him. I shouldn't have to get loud. We must know him.
unknownThat's right.
SPEAKER_01And if we know him, God help me now, we will act like him. We will walk as he walks. I know we fail, but we want to walk like him. We want to speak like him. We want to be like Christ. That's what a Christian is. Christ like. There's no hell cats in heaven. And so we need change. And we must all admit we're not exactly like God wants us to be right now. I'd like to see one believer today that can stand up and say, I'm a hundred percent like Jesus today. Yes, amen. Hallelujah. You lie. The fact is, we missed the mark. That's why we need the Holy Spirit to help us. We can't live this Christian life without the Holy Spirit. There is no other way. Jesus totally depended upon the Holy Spirit. That's where we fall down. We depend upon self. We depend upon this. We depend upon money. We depend upon this. We depend upon vitamins. We depend upon friends. We can depend on nobody except Jesus alone. Because people will let us down. Like they let Jesus down. The purpose, then, is to know him as the Savior and Lord. Now, if he's Lord, no, he won't be Savior without the Lord. People want him savior, be forgiven, go to heaven, but they don't want to take orders from their boss, Jesus. Well, when he gives a commandment, bless your hearts, you better heed it. And you need to obey. Boy, then man's a tight. And we need to obey what God tells us to do, and he helps us do it. And then he rewards us for simple obedience like a child. That's all. That's all there is to do. Don't fight it. You can't win. Why do we want to fight God anyway? The only way we can know Him is through the cross. There is no other way. For there, God showed His great love for us. While we're yet sinners, Christ died for us. We were God haters, all of us. I think back 19 when I got out of the military in 76, 77. I don't need God. I don't want the church. I hate gospel music. You know, these hypocrites that go to church, I'm just as good as him. You know, that's the way I thought. Like most of the world. Well, if hypocrites come to church, I'm glad they do. There's hope for them. I had one neighbor, neighbor, Chrissy, she's gone now. Bless her heart. God rest her soul. She told me, I'm as good as the rest of them hypocrites. And I said to her, if I remember right, well, if those hypocrites are keeping you away from God, they're closer to God than you are. They wouldn't have been like lead balloon. Forget it. What's a chapter that we say at the Lord? And it means nothing. Even Jesus loved Judas, who betrayed him for 30 pieces of silver the price of a slave. And if sister Sil looks at you wrong, you can't be friendly anyway. What's the matter with you? That's not Christ-like. Just one time when a visitor comes into the church. I wish everybody that's regulars here will just swarm them like flies on uh, let's see. Uh let me think. That was a bad, that was a bad image, I'm sorry. Like bees on a beehive, yes. Just once. And they would say, man, those people, man, just swarming like they love me. Yes.
unknownThat's true.
SPEAKER_01What do we get? If we even got a door greeter, we got some good door greeters, but in times past we've had door greeters. Visitor comes, where are you being? Bless God. You better tell me when you're gone. You're not a door greeter. I won't put you in door greeting. So I look for certain personalities and characters in people and try to get them in their position in the church to help us. We need help. It's a group ministry, it's not a one-man show. It's a group thing. If a visitor came in, would they want to sit by you? That's my seat. When you leave, take your seat with you. Years ago I got upset and I burnt and I brought my chainsaw and I cut up all the church pews. Right outside. Just a I mean the wood was a flying. Getting in my eyes, people driving around honking, laughing. I don't care. I got rid of all those church pews. I built my chainsaw blade, but I got her done. The change is not easy, you know. But that I may know him. That's my quest. That's my I've got to know him because there's no hope. What's the meaning of life? That I may know him. And then the ninth verse. Let me back up just a minute here. The ninth verse. Number two, that I be found in him.
unknownYes, Lord, you know.
SPEAKER_01So it's imperative that I grow to know him.
unknownPraise God.
SPEAKER_01But also that I may be found in him. Now let me ask you a question, church. Let me ask you a question that's watching the Facebook, that stay home and don't go to church. Let me ask you a question. If we were brought to a court of law in Mac County, could the judge convict us of being a Christian?
SPEAKER_00But first, we want to take a moment. Yes, what's it?com. Now, let's get back to the eight powerful message for Dr. Wayne.
SPEAKER_01Is there enough evidence that we're found in him? This is serious. It's not about the sins that we need to get overcome and learn how to live in victory. It's about I need to be found in him alone. I must be baptized into Christ alone, or I'm lost and going to hell. And so must you. What do I need to do, preacher? What do I need to do? Submit your life to him alone. You'll find the victory there. That's what the victory is. That I may be found in him. How am I found in him? You must continue in faith. Trusting in Calvary. There's only one reason why any of us is going to get into heaven. Only one reason. Here's the reasons why that God will not accept our entrance. Well, I've been baptized. Nope. Church member, nope. Tithe, nope. Study, nope. Pray, no. All those things are right, and we should do all those things because we're in Him. Because we know Him. You can't know Him by doing those things. That's works. God accepts no works for salvation. Only faith in the Son of God is the only thing the Father God will accept and grant entrance into glory is through Him alone. I'll tell you there's only one reason why God's going to let us into heaven when we leave this world. The blood is the only reason. The only reason. God only accepts the blood of the Lamb. When I see the blood, I will pass over you. Same principle today. Why should God let us in? Because the blood speaks. I've accepted the blood. I am saved by the blood. Say it with me. I am saved by the blood. Satan had nothing to do with it. He's defeated foe. He fears the blood. And listen, church, the devil cannot cross the bloodline. The blood stands against the destroyer. When the blood's applied to our lives, then a change takes place. We become a new person in Christ. Old things passed away, and as the word of God says, all things become new. And then we understand I got to know him. I need to know him. And more importantly, after that, we need to be found in him. And I'm getting my message across today. It's the word of God. Listen, when the trumpet sounds and the dead are raised, we better be found in him. The dead in Christ should rise first. Only those that are in Christ are blessed. Everybody else under the curse. Verse 8, Romans 5, but God commends his love toward us while we're yet sinners, Christ died for us. Do you get that? We didn't deserve it. Much more than. Much more than. Being now justified by his blood. Everybody say blood. Now I don't care how mean some of us are and how much we sin, God still loves us unconditionally. There's nothing we could quit doing to make God love us anymore. And nothing we can start doing to make God love us any less. He has perfect love toward us, but yet we don't understand just yet the total package. We do know though we're justified by his blood, and we shall be saved from wrath through him. So God will not judge us because we're in Christ. I said, God will not judge us because we're in Christ. So quit letting condemnation come upon you because you get up and get into sin. Don't you think God knows about that? Don't you think God could kill you if you wanted to? He doesn't want to. The reason is you're under the blood. Now I'm not saying that you got a license to just live like the devil, no, and commit sin 24-7. No. If we confess our sins, he's faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness, 1 John 1.9. That's the deal. How many times have I had to get down and say, God, forgive me for the same thing I did yesterday? And the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that, and the day before that, and the month before that, and the year before that. But if we'll keep on being persistent, we'll get victory over it. Don't let Satan tell you you're not saved because you get into some kind of sin. But at the same time, if we don't repent and get out of it, there's consequences and there's a reaping that comes, and it's not fun. It doesn't mean God doesn't love us, it's just we do it to ourselves through our own stupidity. That ought not to be if you're following Christ. Oh God. The Holy Spirit will never lead us into committing one sin. God's sinless. He cannot sin. We're the ones that get in the flesh and do it. And then God has to slap us. And he starts with pulling away the Holy Spirit, some. Then you get miserable. I know nobody here has been through this. Yes, you have. It's called sanctification. There's this awful purging. You want to be anointed? There's an awful purging that takes place. It's like a scouring with SOS pad on the back of the neck. But it's inside of us. It hurts. But necessary. Because God loves us. He takes us like we are, but he doesn't leave us like we came. This old nonsense, come to church like you are, is stupid.
unknownThat's right.
SPEAKER_01You come to church like you are, you leave like you came. You come to church like God, like you want to become in Christ, then God begins to work on you and change you. It's got nothing to do with your clothes, even though we need to wear clothes when we come to church. And then verse 10, for if when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his son, that's it. We were enemies with God, we hated God. We knew there was a God, but then we were anti-God, more or less, before we were saved. But when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son. Romans 5.10. And so this is how we've been made right with God was through the Son. If we turn our back on the Son, you're in trouble. Now let's look at Romans chapter 6, and we'll close this verse today. Before I get stoned again. But just remember, those rocks come back at you. Romans 6, 1. What shall we say then? Shall we continue with sin that grace may abound? You see, this hypergrace stuff, well, you know, we're already saved in Christ. Don't even have to repent. Doesn't matter how we live because we're already forgiven. For because Christ died for the sins of the whole world, past, present, and future, therefore it's a done deal, and I can live in a way I want. That is a lie from hell. I suggest you don't go to that church. They're here in this Mac County. Got a big crowd going nowhere. So Paul said, God forbid, how shall we that are dead to sin live any longer therein? We cannot. If you're living in sin 24-7, there's no evidence of conversion. There's no evidence of salvation. And so you didn't get it. Yeah, we've got people by the thousands in our country that go to church and think they're okay because their name's on a roll. That doesn't mean a thing. Only one thing matters, your name's on the book in heaven. That's what matters. That's the only thing that matters. How do I get my name in the book? Well, you've got to be in Christ. You've got to be placed in Christ by the Holy Spirit. And if you're in there, you'll quit going to the same old damnable places you used to go to. You'll quit running with the ungodly crowd that takes God's name in vain all the time.
unknownCome on.
SPEAKER_01Quit listening to the dirty jokes. You can't, light cannot fellowship with darkness. You're gonna come out from and be separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing. Then I'll receive you into myself, and I'll be your God, and you'll be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord. That's what the Bible says. And if you don't come out, you don't have it. I know when I was first saved many years ago, I tried to get all my drinking buddies to come to church, they wouldn't do it. All my musicians' friends, they wouldn't do it. Like I was a bad guy, I was the outcast. I just wanted them to be saved. I just wanted them to come out of darkness and become a child of God and make heaven their home, and they wouldn't listen. But over a period of about two decades, a few of them came into Christ. The rest of them didn't make it, as far as I know. But I witnessed to them. If you're in Christ and you want to be found in Christ, you need to witness. I said you need to witness. If you deny Jesus, he will deny you. If we profess and confess Christ before men, he will confess us before the Father. Folks, you're the ones that's getting into heaven. It's the one in you they reject. It's not you. You need to start inviting people to church. Every time you get a door, it opens. There's always a door it opens. Just wait for the crack in the door and then say something. Like the people that's putting in the wood the gun shop in the uh uh hardware. Yeah, thank you, down here at the Axe Place. I invited her to church. I said, Oh, you're moving to Anderson. Well, you know where Zion World Church is? Well, no. So I told her I invited her to church. Why not? They're no worse off than what they were. And every now and then you catch one. See, we need to be fishers of men if you're a new creation. Well, we believe in the Holy Ghost. Well, are you witnessing Acts 1.8. Let's look at it now. That's him having to preach. You receive power if the Holy Ghost comes upon you. It's not about the tongues, it's about the power. You should be witnesses unto me. That's all I'm gonna look at. If you tell me you're filled with the Holy Spirit, why aren't you witnessing? It's not God's will for us to be little old timid Christians and pushovers and artificially humble. No, we need to be the one we got the answer, everybody. I know we get discouraged. I get discouraged. But every now and then you snag one. Every now and then, see, young people get a hold of God. See, it's about souls, that's what it's about. And God wants those souls to know Him. We can help them if they'll just listen. Now, verse 3. Know ye not that so many of us that were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death. Verse 3, are you there? Romans 6, 3. Are you there? That's not water baptism, that's a spirit baptism into the body of Christ, which only comes by the new birth or conversion. That's it. So many people trust in water baptism for their salvation, and they are not saved. Do you hear what I'm saying? They're not saved because they're trusting in a work or an act. What should be done, but it's only after conversion, not before conversion. Now, this is serious. And so we need to experience this. Therefore, we're buried with him by baptism and the death. That's the cross. You want to be found in him, you want to know. Him, that's the way. When he died on the cross, we did. We don't have any rights, no privileges, we just obey. In a very real sense, we're bond slaves. But Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father. Even so we should walk in newness of life. Now there's the resurrection. If you're in Christ, you will experience resurrection power to walk in newness of life. The whole man is dead. And then the reality of salvation dwindles. You know, this is right on the money today, everybody. You feed that new nature, and the old nature starves down and remains crucified, reckoned dead. But if you feed that flesh and feed that old man, he will come alive again. You see, we're dead to sin, but sin is not dead to us. Now, verse 5. We have been planted together in the lightness of his death. We shall also be in the lightness of his resurrection. There it is. You want to be glorified? You want to get into heaven? This is the way. Knowing this, verse 6, oh man is crucified. That the body of sin might be destroyed. That word destroyed means powerless and ineffective. So if you got a problem, you're not quite crucified yet, and God is going to work on you. I should stop there and let that soak in because none of us are going to get out of it. Alright, let's see. We should not serve sin because the old man is powerless and ineffective. You cannot walk in the spirit and commit sins. Not possible. You gotta get over it in the old nature, and it's expressed through the body, the flesh. Which one are we walking into the week? He that is dead is free from sin. Verse 7. Do you see this? The only ones that are actually free in Christ are those that are free from sinning. There's no such thing as a sinning Christian. Now, sure we can sin. We get tripped up, I know. We're not sinless, but at the same time, we're not classified as sinners. So therefore, we're not sinners saved by grace. We were sinners, but now we're saved by grace through faith, that not of yourself. It's a gift of God, not of works. Any man should boast. Now we're called Christians first, and any of we're called saints of the Most High God. That's who we're called. So I can't go along with those doctrines. Because it's a belittlement of the gospel, and I refuse to do that as a minister of the word. So we're free from sin and we're not going to serve sin. Now, if we be dead with Christ, we believe we should also live with him. Now drop down to verse 14. We're almost through today. For sin to not have dominion over you, you're not in the law, but under grace. And so now we're talking about religious sinning. Hello. You know, trying to measure up the Ten Commandments. In fact, there's all you Sabbath keepers that say you keep the Sabbath on Saturday night. Actually, that's Sunday. You've broken it. Penal is death. We break one commandment, we're guilty of all of it. Well, I don't like this kind of preaching. That's too bad. Since we have dominion over you, you're not in the law but under grace. And so the only people, I told the Africans this the other day, the only people that are in grace are those that are in Christ. No one else is in the grace of God, unless they're in Christ, being baptized into his death. That is it, period. There is no other way to please God. 22, then, the last verse today. But now being made free from sin. How are we made free from sin? I'm just trying to explain it. Take a year to do it. Are you free from sin? No, I just sinned 24-7. I just can't help it. Well, can you live five minutes without sinning? Well, yeah. Some of us, I'm not gonna get out of bed today because I'm at sin. Folks, it's not about sin. It's about our our walk with God. We have victory over sin and purity within. You say, I'm challenged. Yes, I know. The word of God challenges us, but we're free from sin. In other words, child of God, you don't have to sin. What if we do? We're in a covenant with God, we can ask for forgiveness, repent of it, and he'll cleanse us like we never did anything. That's the deal. But don't abuse that. Don't abuse it. Don't abuse it. Because if we begin to abuse the grace of God, we could fall from the grace of God, and then we wind up shipwrecked, and then we need spiritual surgery, or it's down the tubes. Yeah. Then you have your fruit and the wholeness and the end, everlasting life. Amen. So it's impossible then, as I close today, to have a relationship with Jesus through the law. Not possible. If it was possible to have a relationship with Christ through keeping the law of Moses, then Jesus died in vain. So forget it. Oh, it's there to nail our heart to the wall if we get off, but then the schoolmaster brings us back to the teacher. Not possible to have a relationship to sin. We need a right relationship with God. So Jesus came to fix the problem. I liken it to this. Let's say, let's say one of us, let's say somebody's married and your spouse crosses over and leaves by physical death. Not possible for the living spouse to have a relationship with a dead spouse again. Likewise, not possible to be in grace and have a relationship with a broken law that we could not fulfill anyway. So we're new creatures. We've been set free, man. Praise God. Been set free. Amen. So we're dead to sin. Amen. What does this require then? It requires absolute commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. He knows where we are, how to fix us, how to lead us along the journey, and how to change us from glory to glory. But we gotta dress up right where we are in our soul, in our spirit. And trust God to take over. So that's the whole deal. We want to run the ship. You cannot. I can't. The steps of a righteous man order the Lord. I don't know where to go, what to do. How do you move forward in spirit anyway when it's invisible? If we don't move forward in the spirit, the natural doesn't follow. We've got to take a step of faith, so I always end with a step of faith toward Jesus every single time because He is the answer. He alone. There is no other victory outside of Christ Jesus Himself. Well, let's stand up, everybody. Hey, right on time, 12 o'clock today. I know the hour has changed and we're all tired. I tried to go to bed last night at 7 o'clock. It felt like it's 10 o'clock, man. It's flesh. We'll get used to it. Praise the Lord. Amen. How many is in Christ today? Stay there. Don't let Satan push you around. Because he's under your feet. Praise God. Hallelujah. The church is victorious. Just stay in the boat. You don't have to be perfect. Just be complete. Be complete. Make this confession of faith with me today, please, as we go. Heavenly Father, thank you for Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith. The one that gives eternal life. The eternal life that I have now. I'm a new person. In Christ Jesus. Old things have passed away. Old things are gone. Now I walk in newness of life. Thank you, Lord, for my daily bread this day. Thank you for the Holy Spirit that's with me now. Teach me your ways. Forgive my sins. I'm in covenant with you. I remain so, committed a hundred percent to the kingdom of God in Jesus' holy name. We love you, Lord. We give you glory, honor, and all praise in Jesus' name.
